The Sport Wales logo is the cornerstone of our brand identity. Consistent usage ensures brand recognition and maintains professional appearance across all digital touchpoints.
Primary logo
Our logo, shown in red on white and in white on red.
Black and white logo
Our logo, shown in black on white and in white on black.
If you need to use the logo on different coloured backgrounds or photographs, then you should ensure there is high contrast so that the logo pops and people can see it clearly.
On lighter coloured backgrounds, you should use the black logo, and on darker coloured backgrounds you should use the white logo.
Using the logo on our brand colours
You may want to overlay the logo on our brand colours (you can find these in the 'Colour' chapter). These are the approved combinations that ensure the contrast is high enough so that people can still see the logo clearly.
Please Note: The blue Sport Wales logo shown above is only to be used as part of the Energy Saving Grant supporting brand. It should not be used anywhere else.
Logo usage guidelines

- • Use the provided logo files
- • Maintain proportional scaling
- • Ensure adequate contrast with background
- • Use white version on dark backgrounds
- • Use black version on light backgrounds
- • Keep minimum clear space around logo
✗ Don't
- • Stretch or distort the logo
- • Change the logo colors (except approved versions)
- • Add effects, shadows, or outlines
- • Use the logo smaller than minimum size
- • Place logo on busy backgrounds without contrast
- • Separate logo elements
